1. How long does it take to make prescription glasses?

  • Most single vision glasses: 3–7 working days

  • Progressive/multifocal or special coatings: up to 10 working days

  • Express service available for certain lenses (ask in-store)

2. Do you offer blue light protection or photochromic lenses?
Yes! We offer:

  • Blue light filter

  • Photochromic (auto-darkening)

  • Anti-glare

  • UV protection

  • Scratch-resistant coatings

3. Can I bring my own frame?
Yes, we can fit new lenses into your frame if it's in good condition. However, please note that warranty may not apply to damage caused by external frames.

4. Do you provide multifocal/progressive lenses?
Yes, we offer a range of progressive lenses with comfort warranty and adaptation guidance. Our opticians will help determine if they’re right for you.


B. Eye Exams & Services

5. Is eye examination available at all locations?
Yes. All of our stores offer professional eye exams by trained staff. No appointment is needed.

6. Do you charge for eye exams?
We offer:

  • Free eye exams with eyewear purchase

  • Standalone eye exams: small fee may apply depending on branch

7. Can I use my existing prescription?
Yes. You can bring your valid prescription (from us or elsewhere), and we’ll help you choose the right lenses.


C. Delivery & Online Orders

8. Can I order glasses online?
Yes, you can order via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Instagram

  • Our online marketplace (Tokopedia/Shopee if available)
    Share your prescription, choose your frame, and we’ll guide you from there.

9. Do you deliver to hotels or villas in Bali?
Yes, we offer free delivery across Bali — including hotels, villas, and homes. Just share your location.

10. Can I pick up my order at a different store?
Yes. Just let us know your preferred pickup location.


D. Warranty & Policy

11. What does your warranty cover?

  • Frames & Sunglasses: 12-month warranty for factory defects

  • Lenses: 2–3 year coating warranty depending on brand
    Note: Items with 25% or more discount are excluded from warranty.

12. Do you offer a comfort guarantee?
Yes. If your lenses feel uncomfortable due to incorrect measurements or power mismatch, we’ll fix it.
Kindly report within 7 days of receiving your glasses.

13. What happens if I'm overseas when there's an issue?
You can contact us via WhatsApp. If it’s a warranty issue, we’ll guide you on how to return or fix it once you're back — or advise based on your case.

14. How much do your glasses cost?
Our pricing is transparent and depends on:

  • Type of frame (basic to premium)

  • Type of lenses (basic, recommended, or premium)

15. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Online transfers

  • QRIS / e-wallet (Gopay, OVO, etc.)

16. Do you offer installment plans?
Yes, 0% installment may be available via selected cards (Mandiri, BCA, etc.) — ask our staff for current promotions.

17. Where are your stores located?
We have locations across Bali including Denpasar, Sanur, Seminyak, Ubud, and Sunset Road. See Store Locations.

18. Do you sell authentic branded frames?
Yes. All our branded frames and lenses are 100% authentic and come with official warranties or authenticity cards.

19. Can you help if I break my glasses?
We’ll check if the frame can be repaired or replaced under warranty. If not, we can offer a special rate for replacement.
