We provide warranty coverage for factory defects on selected products:

Frames & Sunglasses: 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., loose hinges, broken joints, peeling finish).

Lenses: 2–3 years warranty (depending on brand) for coating issues such as peeling or discoloration under normal use.
Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (e.g., drops, impact)

Scratches from improper cleaning

Product loss or theft

Products purchased with discounts over 25%
🥇Comfort Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your visual comfort. If you experience discomfort or difficulty adapting to your new lenses, we offer a one-time replacement as part of our Comfort Guarantee, within the allowed adjustment period.
🔄 Eligible lens adjustments include:

Power changes based on new prescription (as agreed with our team)

Lens type changes, such as:

Progressive → Single Vision

Transition → Clear lenses

Blue filter → Normal lenses

📌 Terms:

Replacement must be requested within 7 days of collection.

The new lens must be of equal or lower value. Any upgrades may require additional payment.

One-time replacement only per prescription.

Not applicable to lenses from outside prescriptions without prior consultation.
